That automation is extremely useful, but it introduces a particular challenge for new users: if you&#8217;re learning both the tabletop rules and the virtual tabletop at the same time, it can be difficult to tell whether something is working as intended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When something unexpected happens, you may find yourself asking:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Is this a Savage Worlds rule I don&#8217;t understand?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is this something specific to Savage Worlds for Pathfinder?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Does Fantasy Grounds require me to configure something?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is this something Fantasy Grounds doesn&#8217;t automate?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is the documentation incorrect?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Or have I actually encountered a bug?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In other words, sometimes <strong>you don&#8217;t know what you don&#8217;t know<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The goal of this guide is to help bridge that gap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rather than reproduce the Savage Worlds for Pathfinder rules or the Fantasy Grounds documentation, this guide focuses on how the two work <strong>together<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Throughout the guide, you&#8217;ll find explanations of the SWPF rule involved, how Fantasy Grounds implements it, what Fantasy Grounds automates, what still requires player or GM intervention, worked examples, common mistakes, and known limitations or issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The guide is written for both new and experienced users.
